Envision a beautiful day in San Diego. Visualize yourself walking or running along a scenic course, feeling the energy pulse through your veins, as you celebrate your achievement among friends and neighbors. Now, imagine that you’ve also raised money for local nonprofits, like the Good Neighbor Project.
Everywon is a new community improvement movement that raises money for local causes through team-based events. The inaugural Everywon San Diego ½ Marathon and 5k will take place on December 11, 2016. Will you be on our team?
The event format is simple, yet unlike others: Each participant pledges to raise at least $100. With turnkey technology from the Everywon fundraising platform, it’s easy to invite your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors to support you by donating $5, $10, $25, or more through your personalized fundraising page. Whatever you raise will benefit our community, as 100% of funds raised stay right here in San Diego.
The Good Neighbor Project is excited to announce our partnership with Everywon. We’re thrilled to be one of the Official Causes for this new event, and glad that our supporters, like you, can get involved. We are forming a team of runners and walkers and hope you will join us! Training programs are available for both newbies and experienced runners, and we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way.
